Hey everyone, thanks so much for your prayers; we are glad to be back safe in Canada (save for Adam and Jolene who are staying in the UK for an extended trip)! We'll have plenty to share, but for now will be fighting a bit of jet lag :)

Coming back soon.... US!
Hey Everyone, I haven't forgotten to get some new photos up - we'll do that tomorrow. We had a very full day in London today with Pastor Matt Kottman taking us to see several artifacts in the British museum from Biblical history. We get up early tomorrow to catch our plane back to Calgary, so please pray for our journey home, and we look forward to sending a final update soon!

London Bound!
Hello all! We've just finished our time in Cardiff, Wales. Thanks for praying for us; Pastor Joel taught at CC Cardiff and Adam and Jolene led in worship and everything went really well this morning.
We spent some time yesterday seeing a few things around Wales and learned about the Welsh revival that took place here. We're now about to embark back to London where we'll spend a day before coming back to you! Please continue to pray for us as we travel. Photos to follow!

Off to Cardiff!
Hey everyone, we are going to be leaving Creation Fest in about.... 28 minutes as of now. God has done some AMAZING things over the past few days here. For now, though, we are about to travel to Cardiff, Wales, and we'll be serving at Calvary Chapel Cardiff on Sunday!
Please pray for us as we hop on and off trains for our transitions to go smoothly, for the team to get some rest en route, and for Pastor Joel as he prepares to teach on Sunday in Cardiff!

An update with some pics for your enjoyment!
Driving to the Royal Cornwall Showgrounds used for Creation Fest... and having to pass tractors on the narrow and often-obscured road is normal! In all seriousness, we're very grateful for the safety we've had so far, so please continue to pray for our travels on the roads each day.
The follow up/prayer team from Canada!
Musical artist Chip Kendall (should be apparent which one he is) talks to a group of kids who responded to a call for salvation after his concert. This guy seriously rocks!
Local band LED from Cornwall performing on stage and sharing their testimonies and the Gospel through their music.
Please keep us in prayer as the week goes on for strength and energy for all of us during the course of the festival - we start here at 9:30 am and wrap up at 11:00pm, so we have very long days! Pastor Joel gave his first teaching in the "Big Shed" (main stage) this morning, which was both entertaining and challenging! He is being kept quite busy MCing, teaching, hosting, and fitting in time for study in between, so especially pray for his strength and energy as well! God continues to work in the hearts of the locals and we've had the privilege to pray with dozens of them today following the teachings. Praise the Lord for His work here in the UK!

So it Begins!
Hello all! We are STILL alive and well in England :)
What's happened so far:
We have finished the weekend kickoff of the event, and now the "main" part of the conference is now well underway. It has nothing been short of incredible while still being fun for the team.
Practically speaking, what we have been doing is being available to pray and chat with people after some main sessions (either a service or a concert), which happens about 2-3 times a day, and then we are also making ourselves available from time to time to assist with the same thing at a prayer tent nearby on the grounds, which is offering the same thing literally all day. It's difficult to highlight anything in particular since the Lord has been working in people's lives more or less any sort of way you can think. We have seen salvations, healing, deliverance, encouragement, and the list can probably go on.... so the Lord is at work here in the UK and it has only been a couple of days!
Aside from being back in the English countryside and experiencing lots of rain, and lots more rain, a highlight was listening to a couple of local bands perform in the pavilion, including a guy named Chip Kendall who constantly talked about Jesus while he was performing, and then after his set gave a call for salvation that we saw a significant response to.
We'll stay in touch and post a few photos for your enjoyment soon!

Yes, we are still alive!
Hello! It seems we didn't have wifi at the cottage we're staying at after all, so we had to wait until after the volunteer meetings to sneak onto the slow cafe wifi to post this!
A quick update of what's happened so far:
We traveled through time on the airplane to arrive at London early Friday morning while it was still Thursday night in Canada. Next was a trip on two trains that got us to Cornwall. The team then survived Joel and Jon driving between Tesco's, the Creation Fest grounds and a local Chippy for dinner.
Volunteer training happened today, and we're all very excited for the event to start. The next update will be in less than 3 days this time!
